If their money goes below 5k denars, their clan leader pays them whole difference as daily "Party Wages". If they have more than 10k denars, they slowly pay the difference, in small payments daily, to their clan leader as "Income from parties" - they pay 10% of (their current buffer money - 10k denars) once a day.
