We love the Fiat Panda 4x4. It’s no secret. This isn’t the first time the Panda has been offered with the option and, as long as there remains a plethora of dusty roads in Mediterranean
The Panda by comparison uses ELD to nip the brakes on any wheel that slips. This means drive can still go to three other wheels and so provide more grip. The 4x4 Panda was not really created as a mud plugger, but to be used on Alpine roads, and so designed for snow. Snow tyres also of course make a difference.

Like all 4X4 'wagons', the Panda 4X4 has a good resale. Percentage-wise it's probably one of the best, cash-wise (i.e. thousands) it's unequalled. You'd lose more on a Range Rover on the first day than the full cost of the Panda.
Perhaps not quite a million, but Pantelleria is truly infested with Pandas. All three generations. Watching a boxy 1980s Panda 4x4 getting flung down a rural gravel road in truly Italian fashion
The Mk3 Fiat Panda was launched in the early stages of 2012, although it wasn’t until a little later that the Panda 4x4 joined the line-up. Putting a four-wheel drive system into a city car
